These Terms of Service govern your use of King IPTV Service (“King IPTV”, “we”, “us”) and the website kingiptvservice.com. By placing an order or using our service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
King IPTV provides access to live TV channels and on-demand video (VOD) that are streamed to your compatible device over the internet. A stable internet connection and a supported device (Firestick, Smart TV, Android, iOS, MAG/Enigma2, PC/Mac) are required. Channel and content availability may change over time.
2. Accounts and subscriptions
Your subscription is personal and is provided for the number of simultaneous connections (screens) you purchased. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials private. Sharing, reselling or redistributing your subscription without our written authorization is not permitted and may result in suspension without refund.
3. Payments and renewals
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider (Stripe). Prices are shown at checkout. Subscriptions do not auto-renew unless stated; you renew by placing a new order before your plan expires.
4. Trial
Where offered, a short trial lets you test the service before subscribing. Trials are provided as-is to evaluate compatibility and quality.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to reverse engineer or resell the service, and to comply with all applicable laws in your location. You are responsible for how you use the service.
6. Third-party content
Channels and media are provided by third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or content of third-party streams, which may be added or removed at any time.
7. Service availability
We work to keep the service running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades or factors outside our control may cause temporary interruptions.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, King IPTV is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your current subscription period.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
10. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page.
